Master Installer
The Man Behind the Work
Stephen Timanus has spent over 20 years perfecting the craft of window and door installation across Oklahoma. What started as a passion for doing things right has grown into a trusted construction business built entirely on reputation and results — with a dedicated team that shares that same standard.
Unlike larger companies that send whoever is available, Stephen and his team handle every job personally. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, you'll work directly with the same team — no subcontractors, no strangers, no surprises.
Stephen holds the Certified Master Installer Level 2 credential — one of the highest designations in the industry — along with OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification and EPA Lead-Safe (RRP) certification. Every member of his team works under that same standard, committed to getting it right the first time.
Credentials & Commitment
Certified Master Installer — Level 2

OSHA 10-Hour Certified
Completed the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training in January 2026. Every job site meets federal safety standards to protect your home, your family, and our crew.
EPA Lead-Safe Certified (RRP)

Fully Insured
Clark Kent Construction carries full general liability insurance on every job. You're covered from the first nail to the final seal — verified by certificate of insurance.
No Subcontractors — Ever
Stephen and his team are on every job site. The same team that gives you the estimate is the team doing the installation — start to finish.
Registered Oklahoma LLC
Clark Kent Construction is a properly registered Oklahoma Limited Liability Company. You're working with a legitimate, established business — not a fly-by-night operation.

Why Homeowners Choose Stephen
Most contractors are in a hurry to get to the next job. Stephen and his team take the time to do it right the first time — proper prep, clean installation, and a thorough walkthrough so you know exactly what was done and why. That's not just good service. That's the standard.
